Activate Warranty
1.Important Warranty Notice:
- Modifying the product (including disassembly) voids the warranty.
- Returns for modified products will be refused and returned at the customer's expense.
Warranty Claim Process (Follow steps to avoid delays):
1. Describe the problem: Explain the issue, when it happened, and what you were doing.
2. Include: Full order number & product serial number (SN).
3. List troubleshooting steps you've already tried.
2.Warranty Content
2.1 Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 30 minutes after placing it. If the order has already been dispatched or picked up and cannot be canceled, contact the carrier to refuse delivery.
2.2 No Reason Return

3.Warranty Exclusions
3.1 Not covered:
(1) Normal wear (case scratches, capacity degradation)
(2) Force majeure (natural disasters, war, etc.)
(3) Human damage (tampering, water exposure, misuse)
(4) Third-party issues (theft, unauthorized purchases)
(5) System errors (poor ventilation, electrical stress)
(6) Poor maintenance (loose terminals, missing pads)
(7) Violating usage restrictions
3.2 Additional exclusions:
- Consumable parts
- Damage from improper storage/transport/installation
- Failure to follow manuals
4. Warranty Validation
Claims denied if:
① Outside warranty period
② Normal wear
③ Tampering damage
④ Non-manufacturer defects
